Refund Policy

Atilla Multi Energy LLC – Refund Policy

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. Here’s how we handle refunds:

Solar Kits (Physical Goods):

• Eligible for return if unused, unopened, and within 7 days of delivery.

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.

Subscription Services:

• Can be canceled with 14 days’ advance notice.

• Prorated refunds are provided for unused service weeks only.

• No refunds are issued for partial weekly service once energy has been delivered.

Consulting Services:

• 100% refundable only before delivery of the first deliverable (proposal, report, or meeting).

• Once the consultation has occurred, services are non-refundable.
